and TransactionPoint.
The basic services of RealEC are all free for qualified loan originators
– whether you’re a mortgage broker, lender or real estate
agent. Title orders can be made on-line and with Transaction Point,
all we need is your e-mail address for you to receive constant automated
updates via e-mail each time the file is worked on.
Loan packages are received electronically from most lenders, which
expedites the preparation for closing and reduces courier fees.
Each file closed is electronically stored for quick retrieval and
protected by a security system ensuring the confidentiality and
protection of records.
