Company In November of 2003, Ron Cika, Broker/Owner of Coral Shores Realty and Howard Vernick, Broker/Owner of BancPlus Home Mortgage Center began searching for an exceptional title agent to join forces with in the formation of an in-house affiliate title company. After interviewing several companies, they met with New Republic Title and its principals, Charles Anania and Bruce Whittaker, in January of 2004. As a result of that meeting, United Republic Title opened its doors on June 15, 2004. Since that time, the company has enjoyed tremendous success and continues to grow at a rapid pace. |
